What to expect

What to expect

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • Step 1: Scheduling your 1st visit

STEP ONE is scheduling a Consultation/nervous system assessment with our incredible FWCC Doctors. We recognize your time is valuable and strive to make every experience with our office smooth, and efficient. At FWCC with will send intake forms via link to your email, so you can complete them at your convenience, and they will be sent back to us upon completion.

Once you arrive for your 1 st visit, right away you’ll notice a big difference from traditional doctors, (in both the look and feel of the office) as your FWCC Doc dives deep into your family’s case history, really listening and taking the time to find the root causes of you or your child’s health challenges. Many parents report that already after this first step in our clinical process they feel excited and confident about care, because it’s the first time they’ve actually felt heard and found answers as to why their child is struggling in the first place.

  • Step 2: Insight Scans

After a thorough look into your story and what brought you to our office, STEP TWO is doing a deep dive into the function of you and or your child’s central nervous system, using an incredible set of technology called the INSiGHT Scans. They consist of three (3) individual scans that will find, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be stuck in your child’s autonomic nervous system.

Three of the main things these scans are looking for are subluxation, dysautonomia, and vagus nerve dysfunction – which are all just terms that mean a stressed out, worn out, and dysfunctional nervous system. • Step 3: Care Plan

STEP THREE is figuring out an exact, customized Care Plan that fits you and or your child’s exact needs. This is one of the places that our FWCC Clinical Care really is in a league of its own, that is a neurologically-based care planning system.  This FWCC Care Planning System blends together your child’s unique case history findings (traumas, toxins, illnesses, etc.) along with our neurological exam and INSiGHT Scan findings, to then be able to tell us exactly what frequency of adjustments and duration of care you and or your child needs. Everything is fully personalized and customized based on your story and scans to that exact patient, no “one size fits all” or “cookie cutter” approach.

  • Step 4: Report Of Findings

STEP FOUR is sitting down with your FWCC Doc at what’s called the Report of Findings.  This is immediately after your scans (giving our Doc’s a few minutes to study scans and review case history or your story) and going over the INSiGHT Scan and exam findings, your child’s personalized care plan, and having every single one of your questions and concerns answered. This will give you a clear action plan to get you and or your child’s health + healing back on track!

  • Step 5: Adjustments

STEP FIVE is getting started with your Adjustments, which are safe, gentle, and get right to work on relieving tension and stress from the nervous system! While many parents may initially get nervous about starting something new like chiropractic care for their kids and family, they are immediately put at ease when they see how gentle and easy-going things are with neurologically-focused, pediatric chiropractic care from the team of Pediatric Chiropractors at FWCC! Get ready for lots of laughs, relaxation, better sleep, and some serious healing!

At FWCC another thing that sets us apart is after your initial visit you no longer need to make appointments.  All of your adjustments are on a walk-in basis, during our expanded open adjustment hours.  We want to help reduce the stress of living a busy family life with all the activities, and events you have going on, by not adding the stress of keeping up with a specific appointment time.  So you can be relaxed on your way to the office, not feeling the time crunch of being a few minutes late.  That being said we do ask that you do your best to get to the office prior to the last 15 minutes of closing time.
